From November 6-7, 2015, the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB) hosted the second annual Encontro Paraibano de Professores de Inglês (EPPI). The event took place at the Centro de Ciências Humanas, Letras e Artes (Campus I, UFPB).

The EPPI conference gathered nearly 200 teachers from regular schools and language schools, in addition to professors from institutes of higher education, to strengthen dialogue amongst English teaching professionals in the state of Paraíba. Professors from IFPB, UEPB, and UFCG evaluated the poster session.

 

In its second edition, the event‘s programs included, assemblies, roundtable discussions, poster sessions, workshops, and a tribute to the professor Ribamar de Castro, who celebrated his 40 years of work at UFPB in the Department of Modern Foreign Languages (DLEM).
